Please note that you may be responsible for paying any possible customs and import duties at the time of delivery, however you should only worry about those fees if you

order several hundred dollars worth of goods shipped outside US. We are unable to determine these fees during the checkout process. You can contact your local Customs office for details.

Delivery time will vary. For example, shipping to Canada may take 6-10 business days, where shipping to Japan may take 2-3 weeks for delivery. We will always select for the fastest possible shipping method to your location (country) based on the shipping cost paid during checkout.

shipping occurs during our regular business hours Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm EST. We reserve the right to hold off with shipping any orders that look fraudulent until we have a confirmation from a bank issuing a card.

Shipping Rules

- Please expect a 24 (1 business day) hour period for order processing. Shipping occurs once payment is approved, the address is verified. If an item is not in stock or we have a problem with your ship to address, you'll be notified by phone and/or email.

- Our Free Shipping offer is applicable to orders over $100.00 after coupons and discounts have been applied. There is no need to use any coupons. Once your order is more then $100 you will see FREE standard shipping as available option.

- If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex, or similar facility with multiple units or apartments, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel or school the carrier may request a signature of mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery. Upon signature or acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with our shipping and delivery practices listed above. We are willing to work with a carrier to resolve any issues regarding your delivery.

Tracking


- All domestic packages are shipped by US Postal Service and can be tracked at www.usps.com or www.stamps.com. As soon as your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number.

- Once a package has been shipped out, per your order specifications, it is literally out of our hands and becomes the responsibility of the postal service. We can't stop, delay or expedite any shipments once they have shipped.

- Some domestic shipment methods offer limited tracking information, that is only updated upon delivery. When you check the online tracking status, it will only show as "Electronic Shipping Info Received". Notes will say "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper (on shipment date) to expect your package for mailing. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. No further information is available for this item." This is normal and means that the package is currently en route to you.

- For international shipping we can only offer tracking of the package within US. Once the item is shipped out of the Unites States, we do not have or provide any tracking status. For international shipping it may take 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.
