At CarAndTruckRemotes.com we want to make sure you are 100% completely satisfied with your purchase. Yes, we accept returns within 90 days (3 months) from the purchase date to make sure you have enough time to try the product and be sure you want to keep it. If the product does not meet your expectations, got damaged in shipping, or you simply want to return it for any reason, just contact us at 866-690-4308 toll free to speak with our customer service specialist.

How to return the product?

If you wish to return the product please call us at 866-690-4308 or email us to inform us you are planing to return your product. We will issue RMA number and make a note on your account so that our shipping/returns department knows to expect your return for a refund.

Please include your name and your order number so that we can easily identify your return. If the procuct is lacking your invoice, order number or your name and address, we may not be able to find your account and issue credit due.

Processing time.

Please expect couple of weeks for us to process your return. This included the time needed for your return to be delivered to us and our processing time. In addition to that time, most credit card issuers (VISA, MC, AMEX and DISCOVER) usually need 3-5 business days to post your credit. If you can't see refund on your credit card statement, please contact your card issuer or our customer service to find out when your credit was issued and when you can expect it back on your card.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges within 90 days (3 months)
from the purchase date. If the product does not meet your expectations, or you order an incorrect product, size or color - just contact us at 866-690-4308 toll free to speak with our customer service specialist.

How to exchange the product I purchased?

If you wish to exchange the product please call us at 866-690-4308 or email us to inform us you are planing to have your order exchanged. We will need to know which product you are planing to exchange and what item you would like to receive instead. We will issue RMA number and make a note on your account so that our shipping/returns department knows to expect your return and ship requested product ASAP.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Please pack the item(s) you are returning or exchanging in the original packing material, or similar and send it in a protective package. We are unable to issue refunds for items lost or damaged due to unsecure packaging. Important: some items consist of several parts or pieces. Always return the entire item or set for a replacement or refund. DO NOT SHIP PRODUCT IN FLAT ENVELOPES. ITEMS WILL BE DAMAGED AND CREDITS WILL BE DENIED.

2. Please call us or email us to let us know the reason you are returning the item. We need to know whether you are sending a product back for a refund or simply to exchange it for another product. We simply need to know what to do (return or exchange) and how to find your order. Please make and save a copy of the packing slip for your records.

3. Please ship the package insured and with a tracking number via usps, ups, or fedex and keep a copy of your shipping receipt until you receive your refund or replacement. If your package is not insured and you do not have proof of shipment, we may not be able to issue refund for packages lost in transit.
