Some cars have the remote start equipment on them and it just hasn’t been hooked up yet. The only way to know for sure is to call the dealer with your VIN and ask them. You need to find out if the car has the remote start system on it and, if yes, whether or not it has been activated.
If they say yes… the system is on the car, but not yet activated… you would need to visit the dealer and pay them a fee to hook it up (sometimes they include a remote with the activation fee).
If they say yes, the system is on the car and it is activated and ready to use, you can then order a remote from us and have it programmed.
We recommend getting the part number as well, to ensure compatibility with your car's receiver.
