Flip out the key.
Use a small flathead screwdriver or a pry tool to gently separate the two halves of the old fob casing along the seam.
Carefully remove the circuit board/module, battery, and the flip mechanism (spring and button) from the old case.
Place the circuit board and battery into the new shell.
Insert the key blade and its spring/button mechanism into the new case, ensuring the spring is tensioned correctly.
Snap the two new shell halves firmly together.
If you are swapping the blade as well, you will need to remove the roll pin to switch that over as well.
