If your original key fob does not have remote start on it, your vehicle may not be equipped with the remote start receiver.
Please call Ford with your VIN to ask if the remote start receiver is on your vehicle.
On equipped vehicles: press the lock button twice, and then hold down the remote start button (circular button with the arrow) until the ignition engages.
