This is the remote start button.
If your original key fob has this circular button with the arrow on it, you can start your car remotely to heat it up or cool it down.
To use the remote start feature, press the lock button twice and then hold down the remote start button until the ignition engages.
Not all models are equipped with the remote start receiver.
