Is this fob for a 2022 venue that has the engine immobilizer feature? If not, is the correct fob the 95430-K2400? 2022 Hyundai Venue Remote Key Fob

I purchased a 95430-K2400 replacement fob through Costco and the tech was able to program it to open the door remotely but when you insert key to start engine the immobilizer lamp does not light up. The engine will turn but will die within seconds.
