How to Program a 2011 Honda Ridgeline Keyless Entry Remote Fob

Programming Instructions Step by Step:

You can program the remote portion of your Honda Ridgeline remote yourself at home with these simple instructions.

**You will still need to have the key portion of the key/combo programmed by a Locksmith.

*** YOU MUST BE USING A WORKING/PROGRAMMED KEY THAT WILL START YOUR CAR TO DO THIS PROCEDURE

1. Turn ignition to ON

2. Within 1 to 4 seconds, push the transmitter lock or unlock button (with the transmitter pointed at the instrument panel)

3. Within 1 to 4 seconds, turn ignition switch to OFF

4. Within 1 to 4 seconds, turn ignition switch to ON

5. Within 1 to 4 seconds, push the transmitter lock or unlock button (with the transmitter pointed at the instrument panel)

6. Within 1 to 4 seconds, turn ignition switch to OFF

7. Within 1 to 4 seconds, turn ignition switch to ON

8. Within 1 to 4 seconds, push the transmitter lock or unlock button (with the transmitter pointed at the instrument panel)

9. Within 1 to 4 seconds, turn ignition switch to OFF

10. Within 1 to 4 seconds, turn ignition switch to ON

11. Within 1 to 4 seconds, push the transmitter lock or unlock button (with the transmitter pointed at the instrument panel)

12. Confirm that you hear the sound of the door lock and unlock actuators. Within 1 to 4 seconds, push the transmitter lock or unlock button again

13. Within 15 seconds, aim the transmitters (up to 3) whose codes you want to store at the instrument panel and press lock or unlock button. Confirm that you hear the sound of the door lock and unlock actuators after each transmitter code is stored. NOTE: you must do all this for all the transmitters.

14. Turn the ignition to OFF and remove the key

15. Confirm operation of the new code on each transmitter
