Programming Instructions for 2019 GMC Terrain Remote Fob

There are 2 types of Remotes Available for this vehicle:

Self DIY Programming Instructions for vehicles with regular ignition as the remote image below:
FOR VEHICLES WITH REGULAR IGNITION:
This procedure requires 2 programmed working keys available for the vehicle.
The new key to be programmed needs to be cut before performing this programming procedure.
There is a total of eight transponder keys that can be programmed to the vehicle. You can also find instructions specific to your vehicle in the vehicle owner's manual.
Programming with Two Working Keys:

1. Insert the original, already programmed key in the ignition and turn the key to the ON/RUN position.
2. Turn the key to LOCK/OFF position and remove the key from the ignition.
3. Quickly, within five seconds, insert the second original already programmed key in the ignition and turn the key to the ON/RUN position.
4. Turn the key to LOCK/OFF, and remove the key
5. Insert the new key to be programmed and turn it to the ON/RUN position within five seconds.
The security light will turn off once the key is programmed.
6. Repeat Steps 1
