One new 4 button replacement remote shell for Toyota 4Runner, Sequoia - brand new, aftermarket case. FCC ID on the back of your remote must show one of the following: HYQ1512Y, HYQ1512P, HYQ12BBX, HYQ12BAN. There is no remote included. You can simply replace your old case on your old remote. Just take the insides out and put them in this shell. Do not pay the dealer $250 for another remote if your case just broke! This replacement case will fit the following original Toyota remotes:
