An automotive locksmith or your local dealer tech will have the key cut to match your existing key. If you take the remote board from your old working remote and put it in to this new case - there is no programming needed. Aftermarket unit, no Honda logo on the back. This 4-button case fits remotes with FCC ID: MLBHLIK6-1TA and MLBHLIK6-1T
