Brand new replacement Acura ILX, TL smart remote shell with uncut emergency insert key - aftermarket case (no logo on the back). No remote or transponder chip included. You can simply replace your old case of your old remote. Just take the insides out and put them in this shell. You then take it to an automotive locksmith to have the key cut to match your existing key. If you take the remote board from your old working remote and put it in to this new case - there is no programming needed. This 4-button case fits remotes with Acura Part Numbers: 72147-TX6-A01, 72147-TX6-A11, 72147-TK4-A71, 72147-TK4-A81
